Parkimine is an application for mobile parking in Estonia. You will see local map over GPS with all the nearby parking areas. Select one by tapping on the correct area name on top of the screen. You can also stop parking and see a history of actions. The information about parking areas is maintained in Windows Azure cloud and your Windows Phone downloads this data automatically.
